1. Over medium heat in large pan, sauté onion, garlic and olive oil about 5 min.
2. Add cauliflower, water spices and bouillon. Cook until soft, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
3. Add garbanzos, raisins, dates, and almonds. Cook another couple of minutes. Water will be absorbed.
4. Stir in hummus.
5. Serve alone, over whole grain basmati or quinoa or with whole grain toasted pita.
