Peach Ginger Probiotic Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 10oz frozen peaches
  • 1/2 or 1 whole banana
  • 1cup spinach, tightly packed
  • 1/2cup plain yogurt
  • 1piece fresh ginger peeled
Instructions
  1. Use organic where possible Blend all ingredients in blender.
