Sauté one large yellow onion sliced and two tablespoons olive oil
Add water enough to cover as you go
1-2 vegetable bouillon
Add 2 cups red lentils rinsed
Add 1 large carrot sliced
Add 1 large yellow squash sliced and seeded
Add 4 large ripe tomatoes
Cook until tender about 20 minutes
Blend with salt and pepper to taste
