Garlic Lemon Hummus

Hummus is so easy to make and so healthy when you use fresh, real ingredients.
Cumin lends a truly Mediterranean flavor to this garlic lemon hummus.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 2 fresh-squeezed lemons
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in an industrial strength blender, such as Blendtec or Vitamix.
