Sauteed Greens with Ginger and Chili Peppers

Our friend Sara in China shared this simple and tasty recipe of sautéed greens with chili peppers. It takes us back to the Longevity Village and the many amazing vegetables we ate there.  You can really use any greens you'd like--broccolini, bok choy, swiss chard, etc. We hope you enjoy this dish from China!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large bunch greens broccolini, bok choy, swiss chard, etc.
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil or oil of choice
  • handful dried red chili peppers
  • pinch ginger powder to taste
  • pinch salt to taste
  • pinch pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • 1 Heat the oil in the pan, put the dried red chili in, a few seconds later put in washed greens, stir-fry. 2: Add salt, pepper powder, ginger powder, stir…until you see the vegetable are cooked.
