  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa warm or cold, as you like
  • 1 cup Milk of choice
  • 1 tsp or more milled flax Trader Joe's has an awesome blueberry flax blend
  • 1 tsp or more Hemp seeds
  • Walnuts
  • blueberries Fresh, frozen, dried, or freeze-dried
