Chinese Tomato and Egg Stirfry
Ingredients
- 3 pasture raised organic eggs
- 1 green onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/2 tsp fresh crushed ginger
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
- Add to hot pan.
- Cook until eggs solidify. Done!
(Oil is optional. We did not use any and it tasted great.
