Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic unsweetened vanilla soy milk or other favorite milk
- 1 organic frozen banana I like to peel a few and keep them in a bag in the freezer
- 1 tbsp organic peanut butter
- 1 tsp organic 100% cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 cup organic spinach
- 1 tbsp organic hemp powder or hemp seeds
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except hemp protein powder in high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add hemp protein powder and blend briefly. Serve. (Here is a picture of the smoothie without the spinach).

HI Jean, Thank you for your comment. If you want to use a hemp powder, look for 100% organic, raw hemp seed with nothing added. You can also simply use hemp seeds themselves. I hope this helps!
