Garlic Lemon Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 2 fresh-squeezed lemons
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in an industrial strength blender, such as Blendtec or Vitamix.
