Posting recipes has been an exercise in the ultimate confrontation of this fear. Gratefully, the joy in figuring out how to make favorite dishes with healthier ingredients now exceeds the fear and I take courage in the idea that maybe I can help someone else do the same." |

Salad? spinach, apples, giant white beans, walnuts? It’s truly beautiful, and a little red wine vinaigrette would suffice for me on that lovely plate of YUM YUMs xoxo
Yummy!
John
Hi Susan, Thank you for asking! Depending on what I use to juice my limes, sometimes the pulp is separated from the juice. I like to gather the pulp and toss it in the dressing as well.
Sounds delicious. Need more instructions about the pulp.
