Nachos with sprouted corn tortillas and veggies
Jane Day Jane Day is co-author with Dr. John Day of "The Longevity Plan," documenting their journey to China's Longevity Village. "Preparing food for guests has always been a stressful thing - feeling inadequate and fearing that the dishes wouldn't turn out. Posting recipes has been an exercise in the ultimate confrontation of this fear. Gratefully, the joy in figuring out how to make favorite dishes with healthier ingredients now exceeds the fear and I take courage in the idea that maybe I can help someone else do the same." |

Hi Cathy! Thank you for your question. I have found these sprouted corn tortillas at Whole Foods. I find them in the frozen section. I’m sure they are at other stores as well.
As others find them elsewhere, please let us know!
Thank you so much! Jane
What store can you buy these organic corn tortillas?
Thank you

Where is the cilantro dressing recipe?
We are so much enjoying your recipes! It’s so satisfying to learn to cook something that is healthy,
easy to make, good to share. Thank you so much for those ideas! I now use white balsamic
vinegar and enjoy the taste so much more!
Grateful,
Mike (your patient) & Dianne Gaschler
Hi Mike and Dianne,
Thank you so much for your very kind comments and words of support! We have tried to share our family favorite recipes. Hopefully, through these recipes you are discovering a love of vegetables of all kinds. Just last night we ate Jane’s Healthy Pad Thai dish for family dinner (https://drjohnday.com/recipe/healthy-pad-thai/). Our kids loved it.
